I think we'll have to wait till after the patch... But honestly, go with whatever looks cool to you. I mean, the miniscule difference in delays isn't gonna change the way you play. But if you want the absolute best you'll have to wait till the parses are in. <div></div>

What about cestii's? 2.0 spd too slow? <div></div>

Having a pair of cestii and cestus are always a good idea if you can manage it because of certain mobs with crush immunity. And have a 2.0 delay isn't too slow really once you factor in haste. <div></div>

i'd say get a pair of cestii and a pair of quaterstaves. that should make the most of ur haste. <div></div>

What is the name of the Cestii and Quarterstaff that are good for lvl 40 - 50? Tried to find info on various sites but could not find the names of them.
