yep 2hd .. my 1.7 delay imbued bo is next to useless ... i reach the cap way too fast .. but even with 2.0 delay cestii should be ok only if u dps and not tank though... rgf or greatmace is the way to go <div></div>

Now is this suggested across all levels? We don't get our first haste buff until 21, and obviously you're not going to cap ANYTHING with that unless you're dual wielding 1.2 weapons. With just a marginal amount of haste, would great flails be recommended, or would it be best to stick with bo staves and dual wielders? Korix Kauzodoom 21 Iksar Monk <div></div>

Isn't haste capped at 100% or 0.8 seconds whicever is first. So if it has a delay of 1.6 or more it doesn't make much difference. <div></div>

.8 Seconds, can reach that easily though on 2dw or even a short delay 2h like a bowstaff.

The great mace is a great option.  You can't hit the haste cap, has same stats as the bo... but is pretty ugly <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  I keep a pair of cestiis handy because you never know when you fight that mob that is crush immune.

I think you missed my point. The haste cap is 0.8 or 100% haste. Any weapon with a delay of 1.6 or less would have a cap of 0.8. Anything with a delay of 1.61 or more would have a cap at 100% haste (or 50% delay). At least thats what I thought had happened with the combat changes. <div></div>
