Starting a Dark Elf Monk

I posted this on the main fighter forum, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post this here as well... Starting a Dark Elf (my "challenge" character)  monk and I was wondering what stats should I focus on being that STR and STA are my lowest two.  I was thinking STA would be a good start (when it comes to choosing my lvl bonus) or should I just skip those two and go straight for AGI instead.  Any help would be greatly appriciated. <div></div>
