yes the adept 1 of tsunami is 12 sec duration

If I recall, the % difference between Fall of the Pheonix Ad1 and Ad3 is 3%. Ad1: 83% chance for each group member Ad3: 86% The Ad1's are overpowered IMO, but I'm sure nothing will be changed.  Tsunami should be either 12s at ad1 and 15 at ad3, or 9 and 12. <div></div>
