DoF Faction Questions

hey all, just wondering what the advantages and disadvantages are of the new factions?  Is blade rewards more for attack and damage equipment and stuff?  Is coin more towards money rewards, and maybe truth more for books and status?  Does it just offer different places to quest and get exp?  Is one faction better for a class than another?  Is there a specific faction i need to work on for a heritage quest or anything us monks will need specifically?  I know the merchants only sell to the leader faction of the server or something like that, but i'm only lvl 42 so just explorering, and being one of 3 lvl 40+ in my guild we have been told the guilds faction direction is up to us hehe.  any information would be absolutely great, don't assume i know anything, talk to me like an idiot if you want as long as there is something to learn from the post/flame! <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

It seems that gaining Blades faction will kill your Qeynos faction. I've been working on truth a little, but I'm a long way from being warmly. <div></div>

<P>Im max ally with Truth..</P> <P>Honestly, I dont think there's much difference between the 3. The paltry faction armour you get is different colours for the factions (basically its like augmented LA, but red, for Truth). The different factions also get different arena champions. I think there's a graph somewhere on the forums that shows all this.</P> <P>As a faction starts liking you more and more, you get access to the bigger rooms in Maj'Dul, and at ally you get advanced TS books.</P> <P>There's also some quests that are specific to each faction, I believe.</P>

I'm avoiding faction until my guild decides what to do with it. So far we are not big on raiding, but history going back 5+ years indicates that will not always be the case. I'm only 35 anyways so my only real interest in DoF for the time being is Tailoring. <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span> <div></div>
