So spells 51+ must be earned. You no longer get your innate app1. From what im told (and id like someone on beta to confirm) App2- sold by faction merchant IE your faction most dominate the town AND you must be in good standing with them (easy enough have the whole server agree to do one faction) App4 - Made by tradeskillers with books bought from faction merchants (not sure on the book location yet its either faction merchant or just new tradeskill instances in city) Adept 1 - Still droped by mobs Adept 3 - made via tradeskillers using advanced books that mob drop Master 1- mob droped Master 2 - training Master 3 - a developer made a very brief comment a few weeks ago that along with batch refines, they were adding recipies for master 3 spells. havent heard any word from beta yet as to any books droping. <div></div>

I'm not really sure how it works yet, but I think you got the jist of it.

The advanced books will only be purchased from faction merchants

Okay, totally off the wall question here. Do you have to have the app1 version in order to scribe an adept1 of it? Or if you are of the appropriate lvl can you scribe an adept1 of something and then have that spell. This of course would only apply to spells lvls 51-60.

no, you will not need to know a lower version of a CA or Spell in order to scribe the higher version.

There have been a few cases in the past where a class wasn't automatically granted a skill, but could scribe it from a book. </span><div></div>
