You might want to try petitioning and seeing if a GM can just give it to ya.  I don't know if having the same last name as an NPC is against the policy or not but it didn't seem to be a problem with my surname. <div></div>

I did petition it..no luck they told me the name of the npc that had the last name and said that is why it wasn't allowed. Although I wonder once DoF goes live if the system would take something like Shin'Kicker ? Not sure he wouldnt answer that, just told me that right now ' arent allowed..then again I already knew that. :smileysurprised:
