Beta Rumor.. can anyone confirm?

Ok so in my guild there is a rampant rumor that the 3 new skills at 50 are all quested skills, AND they are factional.. meaning.. you have to pick a faction and get really high with it in Maj'Dul then you can quest for that one skill. Cant confirm or deny it, but a heads up that another rumour is that these are going to be the training options for lvl 50s.  This seems the more reasonable rumour for a few reasons. 1) not all classes have 4 opitions yet, most 2-3, but none have 4 or more, so its possible 2) Im not 100% positive but i thought the city had more then 2-3 factions, mainly i thought it had closer to 5.  And the fact theres only 2-3 atm seems more reasonable for a training (4 max) then it does for a faction (5).  Again its the difference of one max, but just food for thought. <div></div>

As of now, neither of these rumors is true.  I logged in after the patch and got the skills.  No effort or anything required.  Also MG had already alluded to these "new special" skills awhile before the patch, so I think they are just simply new.

There are however, special abilities that you can obtain from certian factions.  No clue what they are/will be.  Maybe the new level 50 spells are from the factions but.. Some classes only have 2 as of right now, and there are 3 factions. <div></div>
