<P>Mend can NOT be cast while running, as it gets interrupted.  Just checked again to be sure.</P> <P>Compress and Heal (the upgrades) can however be cast while running.</P> <P>I just /bug'd it.</P> <P>Sorry that took so long to check for you, I've been busy in game and irl ;p</P>
