It has a 5% chance of going off everytime your hit,  mine procs rarely but when it does proc its kinda nice..  the strengthen only lasts for 30 seconds or so tho. Talthos 50 Monk Steamfont <div></div>

This is just me hypothisizing here (and no I cannot spell) but monks are avoidance tanks.  So you are avoiding say 70% of hits.  So since you are getting hit only 30% of the time this will only proc on 5% of the 30% of the hits you take.  Thus it should be expected that this would not proc very often.  However, this is me just guessing and I have no experiance with Monks and proccing armor.  Shoot my only character that I ever got over 20 is my 39 Troub and I recently started a brawler alt out of fear of what might happen to my beloved troubador <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
