Garatch Mot Gi

Anyone know where this gi drops? The name sounds like a Splitpaw mob but I don't recall seeing this type of mob anywhere in there. <img src="http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/3913/garatchmotgi6kn.gif"> <div></div>

i'd assume the mobs in SP with  Garatch in their name, would be (i guess) in the lvl 25-30 range since the gi is wearable at 29, unless there is a mob named specificly Garatch Mot
