martial disipline vs staggering stance

<DIV>I just got martial disipline but was looking at the 2 of them and staggering stance seems like it would still be better due to the good amount of agility it gives vs. the small amount of deflection martial disipline gives you.  Can any higher ups give me some advise about this and what you use between the 2. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks</DIV> <DIV>Sheer</DIV>

<DIV>When tanking, I was typically using Staggering Stance because the AGI boost did leave me with a bigger Avoidance score.  When on DPS duty, use Martial Discipline because it gives a better bonus to the tank.</DIV>
