Tranquil Blessing

The actualy purpose of the spell, as the description vaguly states, is that it reduces the hate another player creates while under the effect of the buff. So, if the buff is 25%, and a mage gains 100 hate, theoretically the mage will only gain 75 hate instead of 100. As far as the wording being bugged, I do not know if it actually reflects the buff or is just a typo, but I remain faithful that it is the latter. <div></div>

What kills me, is that when I got it, it read 0% even at app3, still 0%. Then they changed/fixed it and it said 1%. Hmm 1% for a rather high level skill, considering, and app3. So I found adept 1 and it STILL ONLY does 1%. Talk about a nearly worthless skill. I use it mind you as MT, cause well I still have 2 conc slots so why not. But what kind of lame tease is 1% at Adept1.

<DIV>From my experience, TB does "something."  Exactly how much of a difference?  I have no idea.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I use it on myself, and when I parse, the other monk in the raid that was not using it would have nearly similar DPS and would pull hate before I would.  Its not hard proof... there is more to hate than simple DPS (and god only knows how SOE has hate generation coded)... but over many nightly raids, it seems to be the case. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
