Agitate Spirt - upgrade or no?

I am debating if I should upgrade aigtate spirt or not. What does the upgrade do? If it just increases hate, while not increasing the power drain - then it seems like a bad choice to upgrade it. I <div></div>

I was lucky enough to get a Master 1 drop of it while raiding, and although I don't have a screen, at 50 it: Increases Threat by 565 Decrease power of target encounter by 27 Interrupt Target Encounter Increase Damage per second of caster by 5% I dislike it, because the power drain breaks Mez. If you are looking for a group interrupt, I use hand clap to interrupt the encounter over this. It's logically lower hate and doesn't break mez. <div></div>

The mez breaking is one, 2 is the miniscule power drain, and 3 is the fact that the damage increase seems broken or refuses to stack with anything. I am almost willing to say go with the lower level skill , Focus Energy, and buy an upgrade to adept 3 or master for it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Focus Energy does add the increase in dps, as seen in the char status screen or by examining weapons after using it. If you can upgrade the skill so that the hate increase is adequate, well at least all the skill components work.</DIV>
