Your skills on your hotbar windows will now be able to be locked in place. This is very good news, god knows how many times ive lost or jumbled up my skills on my hotbar in the heat of battle and couldent remember how I had it.

Dandelize wrote:

whats a toolbar lock?

If you lock the hotkey bar(s) through Window Settings, you'll no longer be able to move a hotkey around either intentionally or accidently. This prevents suddenly having a hotkey on your mouse cursor because you lagged/comp had a hiccup.
