Silent Fist not working?

Like Dot's for instance. If one monk uses theirs the other one can't use the same Dot untill the first Dot has worn off.</P> <P>But as far as its still casting after silent fist, that I am not sure about.</P> <P><BR> </P>

<P>I've run into a few mobs who seem to be immune to stifles.  They land but ignore it.</P>
