<DIV>Hi guys,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>First off I'd like to say that I'm loving my monk, despite the fact that Ive never really been into the whole tanking thing before. Wouldn't change him for the world (Well, a few more group buffs would be nice..i love my group buffs) I just have a couple of questions I want to get sorted out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>First of all, has any noticed a slump in their 30's? I seem to be doing damage slower, and taking more hits, despite the fact Ive gotten a few rare pieces of armour, and my pride and joy, my imbued oak bo staff. If it's just me, well, I guess ive got something to work on <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Secondly, Im a bit confused about the mechanics behind the monk. Basically, Im wondering if the skills that buff our Deflection/Parry etc do anything behind the scenes, or whether the small avoidance boost they give is all that they do. Im asking this because the agi buff on my Staggering Stance boosts my avoidance more than my Martial Discipline deflection bonus, and Karmic Focus doesnt seem to do much at all (.4% avoidance boost)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheers guys.</DIV>
