I wouldn't worry about it too much - you've got one good weapon there won't be any circumstances that require you to switch weapons until your late 40s.  Save that tradeskill treasure horde for some really sweet 40+ gear <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

Well, my understanding is it is best to use the 2h'er for the most part, but aren't their some mobs I can only hit with slashing or something?

<FONT face=Garamond size=3>Far as I know the only MoBs that are immune to a certain type of damage are raid MoBs.  You won't need to worry about those until your upper 40s.</FONT>
