Its a 24 person raid. Just form your raid and click on the Firemyst doors. It drops off the sisters Shakuto/Makuto.

A helm that is very much like it also drops in the Crawler instance in Splitpaw.  I'd link it from my profile but the item database is too awesome to show it right now. <div></div>

Be carefull of the helm from the crawler instance -- it is no drop. <P>Neither of these hats are fabled.  Both treasured.  Although, granted, helm of null drops in a x4 raid zone.</P> <P>The other one is really easy for anyone to get, imho.</P>

I got mine from the crawler ring event... its a single group event and very easy. <div></div>
