my guess is no, because as you've probably noticed, if you fail a FD your defense is essencial nothing. I guess the easiest way to test would be to get a mob that's grey to you at 50, and FD using one of your early FD abilities until you fail. I bet the mob proceeds to start kicking your butt. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Equip weapons from the noob merchants in your starter town. That works for me (and I don't have to turn off AA), <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
