Adept III Monk spell or Adept III mystic

<DIV>Hello everyone was wondering if anyone could give me a few suggestions. My main is a level 40 Monk and my alt is a lvl 33 Mystic. I just got a rough opal from el today and was wondering who i should make an adept 3 for my main or my alt. Btw when I'm not grouped up with my guild mates I two box these characters cause they are on different accounts. I was thinking either Spiritual Healing for my mystic or Everburning Flame for the monk. Any suggestions are welcomed even the sell the rare and save your money for a rare from the next tier. I think healers generally profit more from spell updates than fighter classes. so i would say go mystic.

If you get a monk skill, I recommend Biting Mantis.  You won't replace it until they raise the level cap. <div></div>
