Combat change already went live ?

Hi all, i made a break 2 month ago, read some post about 'futur" change, its been one week im back, i dont feel im tanking better or doing "less" dps, so i assume the change havent gone live yet, but then im on french server so i cant really go see test server =/. Anyway what that change in combat supposed to bring to us ?  And it will be a "big" revamp like in SWG ? But after 2 month i still enjoy my monk even if its frustrating at sometimes : ) <div></div>

<P>No they did not go live yet.  Expect to see them go live within the next few months.</P> <P>This combat redo is not a minor one.  They are redoing every skill and spell in the game.  Not only that they are changing how spells adjust to your level and are adding in more spells to compensate.</P> <P>Expect to see a slight dps reduction for monks (since most will see a dps reduction), and they probably won't touch monk tanking too much, since we are already under valued.  Warriors and crusaders will get hit by the nerf stick when it comes to tanking though (in my opinion).  By slight dps reduction I mean anywhere from 10-40 percent, not slight as in 5 percent.</P>
