Odd thing with Staggering Stance with 2 Monks

<DIV>So I was out with my friend playing his monk. We were both 30. We both setup using brawlers stance, and targetted the other for staggering stance. Now normally when I use SS it shows up in my, "maintained spells" list. It did, but once my friend targetted me and used staggering stance, mine left the maintained window. It showed up in Buffs window. Now if I canceled it and tried to apply it again, it told me "Can not apply at this time" or something like that. It kept doing this until my friend turned off their staggering stance. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now we have grouped together before using staggering on each other with no problems. It has been a few weeks, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this. Is this normal, do they nerf it so only one person in a group can use staggering or something?</DIV>

Differences in level or combat art rank (app 1-4 ect), may cancel the other one. Tho can't explain why only one will take hold. Possibly stealth stacking issue fixes in a previous update, I dunno. <div></div>
