What 20-39 skills are still used at level 50

I started a monk and he is level 30 and wanted to know what level 20-39 skills/combat arts are still used and not replaced. I would like to stock upgrades for these ahead of time. I read the pre-20 posts for the same questionvery good informationThanks

All of the above, plus Focused Strike (still a great range pull), Silent Threat (another Stifle on a separate and faster re-use timer) and Velan's Taunting Cry the few times I'm tanking. cant say ive ever used dragon stance on raids, but im sure it would come in handy.  rest of the list seems good. Id add the follow, toughness, face of the mt, indominatabl will, level 30(?) training mend (better then adept 1 heal + has cure poison and disease), tranquil blessing (omg, this saves scouts all the time) <div></div>

Dragon stance is completely useless.It raises Crushing by 11.Quiet Purity Adept3 raises Crushing by 11, too. The effects don't stack.
