Wait wait wait, ur raiding and you dont know how the buff works? This line of spells has NEVER visualy show an increase in avoidance.....parse it however, and you will Raijen blocks an attack for Tunabash, raijen parrys an attack for tunabash....etc etc. If tuna would have dodged 10/100 hits on hits own, a 40% increase to this would be, a total of 14/100 hits will miss him, 10 from his own avoidance and 4 from the buff you give him. While semingly minute...picture Meating of the minds, over 20 targets, 2 named, and 7 adds linked... of the 40000000000 swings a minute at the main tank, if hes sitting at 100% avoidance, on a 54, hell really only be maybe 65% avoidance (cause its a raid mob)....so that means hell be dodgeing 65% of the 40000000000 hits on his own, and a 40% increase is pretty [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] nice then. <div></div>

If it is anything like the Bruiser skill Shrug Off, its zone wide it seems, i was swimming in the water after a short afk and the MA ran to PF, i blocked the giants outside PF for him
