Adept 3s - What would you choose?

I assume, based on your post to the adept 3 thread, that you've already upgraded, but here's one thing to consider: If you have another 50 Monk in the guild, only one of you should upgrade Silent Fist to adept 3.  If the adept3 stifle effect is still on the mob then your stifle will get a Would Not Take Effect message until the stifle wears off.  That makes it trivial to rotate stifles on epic mobs!  If you have three 50 Monks, I bet an app4 won't stack with an adept1, so you just have to get your order correct.  Take advantage of the stacking code which hurts so many other skills! <div></div>

I would choose to wait to see for more info regarding the combat upgrade...but, other than that, haste and damage attacks myself.
