Didn't go for Phin's. I went for Lu'Suns raging soul, and I'm very happy with it. I still use it at 50 instead of Agitate spirit. Even though AS adds greater aggro, and has a power drain(Very small one), it is on a 30 sec recast, while Lu'sSuns is on a 20 sec recast. This gives two advantages: 1) I can pretty much keep it up alsmost constantly, continually getting the DPS boost( I know short down time for cast), and 2) I can use it about three times per minute instead of AS' two, Actually give me more aggro over that minute than AS. phin's is 42% avoidance 15 agi and +4 deflection. i love it to death but then again the taunt is nice. just really depends on how confident u with ur agro abilities. most of the groups i tank for know my limits and dont surpass them.
