fyi: You can see your total effective haste by using the /show_window MainHUD.Character command. In the lower right box of this window, there will be a list of stats such as your haste, runspeed modifier, etc. With this, you can test stacking. <div></div>

Well.. since the XML file is included in the game I vote yes.. <div></div>
<div></div><div></div>Yes, its legal. I've petitioned and asked two GMs. Also, theres a nice UI mod that cuts out all the unecassary stuff and leaves only the Spell Effects portion. Its over at eq2interface.com downloads section. <a href="http://www.eq2interface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=3351" target=_blank><i>Spell Effects Window by Quib</i></a> <div></div><p><span class="time_text"> </span></p><p>Message Edited by Cwiyk on <span class=date_text>05-17-2005</span> <span class=time_text>04:03 PM</span>

<DIV>Ok. So I typed in that show window command and it brought up a window saying I was a level 25 Male Barbarian COMMONER, and none of the stats starting applying when I tested around with my buffs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Whats up with that? I'm a female human monk. Something wrong on my end or something?</DIV>

<P>I'd like to know what the highest haste level (self buffed only) we have so far. </P> <P>Ok me first - at level 47 I've swapped out Everburning Fire Adept 1 for Everburning Flame Master 1, and with the FBSS I have 56% haste.</P> <P>By the way that's with me using 2 fistwraps with 1.4 delay - so it's a veritable flurry of fists...</P> <p>Message Edited by annaspider on <span class=date_text>05-18-2005</span> <span class=time_text>07:15 AM</span>

<DIV> <HR> <P>By the way that's with me using 2 fistwraps with 1.4 delay - so it's a veritable flurry of fists...</P> <HR> <P>If you have a parser, have you verified if delay caps out? With 56% haste your effectively delay would be around 0.90 I believe. </P> <P>I know there was great speculation on whether there was a point where too much haste would cap out weapon delay and it was wise to switch to a higher delay weapon.</P></DIV>

<DIV>at lvl 34 with Everburning Flame(adept3 34% haste) and two Ancient Slayer's rings (3% haste each) = 40% haste <BR><BR>With good food its hardly noticable on hp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV><BR><BR> <DIV>Last night there was a 41 dirge (bard) in group and with her songs i had 59% haste going</DIV>

<DIV>I havent technically parsed the delays yet, but I am a firm believer that weapons cap at 1 speed delay b/c of the observations on auto-attack damage between weapons. Assuming, weapon speed caps at 1, the max haste formula I believe is:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>(Weapons Speed Delay - 1) * 10</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Examples: (Weapon Speed, Max Haste)</DIV> <DIV>1.4 -> 40% Haste</DIV> <DIV>1.8 -> 80% Haste</DIV> <DIV>2.0 -> 100% Haste</DIV> <DIV>2.3 -> 130% Haste</DIV> <DIV>3.0 -> 200% Haste</DIV> <DIV>3.2 -> 220% Haste</DIV> <DIV>3.8 -> 280% Haste</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Too bad haste caps at 220%.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Jenjer</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Do you have a link to a test that found 220% and higher to perform the same?</DIV>
<P>If thats true, it might be a one of the recent changes. Last time I checked the haste cap, the value would not budge over 220%.</P> <P> </P> <P>-Jenjer</P>

Hmm. I reached that value in a group with a Dirge, Enchanter, and Inquisitor, plus two more I forget. This was a few weeks ago. <div></div>
