The buff seems to last around 18 seconds.  Once it procs it will pretty much stay up until the mob dies. <div></div>

Woven Vulcanized Gloves(No Pic because I am a forum newbie <span>:smileytongue:</span> ) 15 Agi 10 Wis 6 Str 50 Health, 45 Power 560 Heat, 360 Disease 176 AC(186 At Level 53) Brawling (215) Brawling (265) No Proc. The coolest part is that the Worn Graphic is just like the AQ.. Nothing. Which leads me to believe.. maybe there is a suit of this stuff with a new, specific look.. Who knows? Maybe it's been covered before <span>:smileytongue:</span>.. Dropped over Lord Nagalik, along with a Vulcanized Tower Shield. <div></div>

We had a new round shield drop off the Commonlands instance yesterday.  Two procs - one a reactive encounter Str debuff, the other added a 10% chance for a melee proc.  It also had +archery and +assassination.  Strange item... we couldn't find anyone who wanted it.  I mean, a round shield? <div></div>
