the monk quest help please

<DIV>hi im a 19 woodelf/brawler/monk and im trying to become a monk as my subclass now i went and killed the 25 gnolls all level 15 and then i went back to the eldergrove and talked to the master then he said go to the fountatin and bring me back a bucket of water well i went to starcrest and found the only water there it was a fountain and i righ ck the mouse and it said bucket of water and it said i have bent down to get a bucket of water but the quest screen does not change to say go give this bucket of water to so and so so what am i doing wrong I cant get the water from the fountain or how do i know i have the water please help do i have to delete this and start over to make sure i kill 17 lev gnolls or what .   ty </DIV>

<DIV>once you got the message you have the bucket of water, you need to toggle run/walk so you are walking and super slowly walk your way to the gate door, everytime you zone you must toggle run/walk again, and go super slow so not to spill it</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>from SC go to SQ gate, right click gate and enter SQ toggle run/walk, go to NQ gate toggle run/walk, go to EG gate, toggle runwalk, when you get to the dojo barely move 1 step at a time since its got some spots that will warn you nearly spilled it, then talk to the quest npc to finish</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>avoid any steps or other obstacles possible, takes alot of patience but if you take it slow you will make it</DIV>

hi yes i know all of that the problem im having is getting the water from the fountain  I have right clicked the hand icon how do i know i have the water????????????.

<P>run to the gate and see if u spill it?  you should get little warning messages in certain areas.</P> <P> </P> <P>The way I did it was to zone into SQ from as far away from the gate as possible.  then when I was away from the gate, I sprinted to the NQ gate and slowed down so I could click it from as far away as possible, etc.</P> <P> </P> <P>The steps on the Dojo can also cause u to spill, I am certain that the spills can only happen in certain areas.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>

<DIV>hi does the box in the quest change to tell me to now go take the water to someone it does not change  becuse i have  done it and i walked the whole way and when i got there i talked to a dif person that was standing there not the master guy who gave me the quest of a monk? where is the master?</DIV>

<DIV>There is no quest update when you have the bucket.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just run to the fountain, click on it (if you have the bucket you won't be able to click again on it) and head back to dojo.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I must have been lucky, because first time I did it I ran all the way using the Down Below and never once spilled any.</DIV>

<P><FONT face=Garamond size=3>The Down Below is how to do it.  Go straight to the Down Below from the fountain.  Zone into Elddar.  DO NOT go up the front steps of the dojo.  Go around behind, climb up on to the rock and jump onto the veranda.  Then go in the front door and give the water to the Master.</FONT></P>

<DIV>Yes, take the down below.. running/walking doesn't really do anything... Theres just alot of agi checks above grounds.. if you use the down below you only have the steps agi check.. like 45+ and you are good.. I had like 85 when I did this..</DIV>
