Would like to get 30+ by end of weekend. for those levels i grouped in a few pickup parties and hit the heroic level giants and gnolls in TS. around where obsid spawns... most are lvl 25-27 heroic mobs. good speedy xp and little in the way of danger like RoV and the like.

If you can get access to EL, the solo type mobs around the shore (where you zone in) are great exp in the high 20's through 31/32 or so. If you can find a healer partner, you can whip through them REALLY fast. For bonus exp and coin, there's a halfling at the docks who will ask you to hunt local enchanted creatures. Beetles and turtles are the easiest to start with - just delete the quest and hail her again if she gives you tougher stuff.

When you get a little higher, wasps and bears are good exp too.

And I would have to agree - the giants and gnolls around Obsid are good exp for high 20's as well. I'm not a fan of dungeons, but I can say that RoV is also good exp...it's just a little tougher to run away when you need to. :smileywink:

I also recommend solo in EL.
