How long is the stifle on Silent Fist?

<DIV>I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how long the stifle effect of our level 50 Silent Fist lasts?  And does the stifle duration increase as we upgrade the spell (im assuming only the damage will increase)?  </DIV>
