<P>It's called Devistation Fist (level 35) and is on a 5 minute timer, basically it 1-shot kills mobs even con or lower that are non-heroic/epic etc. Although it can sometimes work on group mobs that aren't ^ or ^^ don't count on it. Doesn't work on any named mobs I don't think even if non-heroic. Side effect is it stifles you for 30 secs (you can melee but not cast spells/combat arts or do any other action other than the single target taunt that works while stifled but you can move around ie find a safe spot till stifle wears off lol). It has a hefty power requirement, but still can be handy and is tons of fun just to play with. Anyways thats the basics of the spell.</P> <P>Not sure if you can only get it if you buy the expansion pack or not, and whether or not you have to do the dmortes chamber quests, but it comes from the hand of marr camp or the other one across river depending on your preference of good/evil etc. After you finish the 3rd quest with one of the camps you will be able to purchase the spell from their merchant. It at least works on mobs that are yellow.  I haven't tried it on an orange or higher.  Mobs can parry/etc the strike as normal.  If they do, it takes the 25% power but does not stifle you.  It works on mobs in a heroic encounter if the pull is 4 or more mobs, the mob you are attacking is not ^ or better, and the encounter does not contain a named mob.  It does not work on solo named mobs like the little fishy that drops the Stinkhoop.
