I have the adept 1 and I like it, except that the stun makes it useless against epic encounters. Great for normal grouping and soloing though.
I have Winter's Talon (master 1). Right now I'm at level 40 with 80 str, and I just used it against a level 45 construct of thule for 346 damage. Vs a level 4 mystail yearling I did 521 damage. When I examine it it says it inflicts 532 damage on target (more if you would have higher strength than me). I saw it on the market a while ago for a little under 1p, so I bought it. It's not like it makes me amazing, but I haven't regretted purchasing it either. <div></div>
Combat Arts show the damage before MoBs mitigate.Hence when you hit an even conning warrior mob it will mitigate roughly 50% of the damage, but when used against a level 4 mob, it mitigates nearly nothing (which is why you see close to max damage).
I'm aware of that. Just giving him an idea of how it works for me. I think when I compared my adept 1 and master 1 it was an increase of damage by about 22 or 23% <div></div>
