No. I had found recently that after a period of time it will in fact expire even before power has run out. I was taking some of the power regen potions from bloodlines to see how long I could push it. This didn't go so well when it dropped in the midst of a slew of high level mobs <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Before I had run out of power mind you. I tested it a few more time after as well for the same results. <div></div>
