Been pondering what they mean by "spell will no longer toggle" There's a bunch on the bruiser fix list too. <div></div>

by toggle i think they mean if you click the spell again while it is up, it will turn off, so now it will recast it instead of turning it off if you click it again

I like jumping off cliffs in front of newbies and triggering that and laying there.. Makes for a great time watching the reactions <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </span><div></div>

<DIV>Was Phin's Mountain Haven supposed to buff agility originally, or did they add that?  I never took that training.  Thanks.</DIV>

<DIV>It was suppose to have an AGI buff from what I remember when choosing it.  Didn't mind not having the AGI really since it's about a 40% avoidance shielding, the AGI being added is nice though =)</DIV>

DOH!! Magic kicks my butt bad enough as it is...does this mean it's going to kick it worse? And avoidance has never been an issue with me...the magic users have always been my bane. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>Wow. They didn't nerf Devistation Fist. Thats a sign that they actually intended it to work like that. awesome.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway, yeah. Wind Walk lasts 12:00:00 hours. They're just removing that.</DIV>

<DIV>In regards to Tranquil Blessing: </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else see a bug where if the person with TB on them either dies or you evac that the spell effect drops, but cannot be recast?  The TB icon just remains greyed out. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I wonder if Indomitable Will can be cast will stifled.  If so... that would be very nice.</DIV>

Does this mean Staggering Stance is now a 15 minute buff? I love this buff... will make being MA much less of a hassle.
