Weapons/Hand to Hand

<DIV>Heya, my friend is going to be a monk and he wants to use bare hands but to be honest I don't have any clue what the damage difference is between bare hands and a weapon.  So my question is what weapons can Monks use? Can they dual wield? What weapons are the best for a Monk? And untimatly,  is Hand-to-Hand a skill that is not gimped and is better DPS then using weapons?  Any information would be great! <P>From what I understand, in general a monk does better with white to orange weapons than they do with no weapon.  However, your friend can still use fistwraps, which have no graphic; as long as nobody inspects him he can keep up the illusion that he isn't using any weapons. :smileytongue:</P> <P>Monks can dual wield, and they can use thrown weapons, hammers, maces, staves, and fist-loads.</P>

Haven't had any experience with that.  Been using bo or dual wield baton exclusively since 18, although I'm gonna pick up a set each of piercing and crushing weapons soon.  Tired of having to sit there looking stupid 'cause we found something that's immune to crush.
