Nevermind, I think I understand the reason.  This weapon max at lv 35, and crafted DW weapon maxed at lv 40.   I think DR is displayed based upon the damage of the weapon at max level.   But 12.x still seems low. <div></div>

yeah, i think they will actually be using armor to gear classes the direction they want them to go on some levels.
