<DIV>I dunno if there was a thread about this already, but I thought it'd be fun to talk about. Sick of arguments, and close minded people, so I figured a thread about armor might be fun for a change of pace.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Personally, I think the coolest thing ever would be to open up the Robe of the Whistling Fist/Lost Circle as a higher level quest. Odds are, we'll see this in an expansion as a class specific heritage, but still. I think the art team could make the robe look killer, and not at all like a stupid mage robe. Hopefully if they do implement those, they'll make a quest or two that's equivalent for Bruisers. I don't think they'd like to wear robes. :smileytongue:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Eddar Grove Monk Armor is delicious. Plain and simple. Goodness, I want some of that. Bad. I'm willing to deal with *any* archetype deficencies for armor that looks *that* good. I'm terribly cosmetic, I know... It's important for me to look good, and right now, I don't. Well, better than I did in that horrid emerald hide, anyways. I'm just tired of looking like a fury.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know the game is still young, which is why now that I'm forty, I'm going to try to take my time to get fifty.  But everyone just looks... the same! I feel really sorry for Templars and Plate Tanks, as they *all* run around in that poop brown armor at 40+. Poor things.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyways, what would *you* guys like to see us wearing?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Ilina (cosmetic)</DIV>

<P>yall are silly haha, that was a nice one anna...too bad this isnt the place to pick up chicks... guess i gotta go back to the AOL chat rooms...:smileysad:</P> <P>otherwise i would love to see monks in a baggy white shirt with black parachute pants, and those cute black slip on footies type thingys'.</P> <P>or a banded collar shirt with dark colors with a queynos symbol on the back. </P> <P>something that embodies the monk feel.</P> <P>one fine day, they will actually implement some of that great concept art armor into the game, they are going at a great pace considering the years of production the game has left to go. we should be getting our cake sooner than later though.</P> <P>(ive been seeing alot of caster armor in the new adventure pack zone that has +2 to core stats such as disruption or +2 orientation, type stuff. so if they plan on doing the same thing for monks/bruiser as far as +2 deflection and such, that would be awesome, and heal some of the worlds ails.)</P> <P>(i really wanna see assassins in ninja stuff though, whether i ever play one or not... just would wet my pants every time i looked at the screen)</P>

<DIV>Yeah, the Ninja would be an Assassin sub sub class.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>That'd be neat, though I'm not sure it's really an EQ sort of thing. Then again, it *IS* EQ2, so who knows what they'll do. Ninjas in FFXI were really neat, and were the 'avoidance' tanks of that game, if you've played it. They used shadow images to take hits for them, while Paladins and Warriors were the 'Migation' tanks, taking hits straight on. Ninja Artifact (High level class specific Armor) was really neat. Cooler than the Monk AF, anyways.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Ilina</DIV>

I just got a superb pelt made into a BP and it does not match the rest of my armor at all, and the armor I have saved in bank wont be usable until lvl 46 or 47 and I hope like hell it matches. Anyone know what the enchanted leather armor looks like? Does it match the superb rare pelt made armor? thanks in advance for any info <div></div>
