I currently have 2 cedar quarterstaves, a cedar bo staff and my Hierophant's Crook.

If I want to maximize my DPS, I use my Crook. It just barely edges out my other weapons for DPS but also has the proc. It also gives me the most HPs of the 3 options. If I am killing greys or other lowbie stuff to complete quests that I'm still working on, I switch to my quarterstaves. They kill much faster. I may also use them in groups over my Crook if a Chanter is present and mezz is needed. If I want to simply stare and gawk at amazing stick animations while fighting, I use my cedar bo staff. I love that thing.

Now that the new augments are live, I'll be saving up 3 more cedars to have mine remade so I can attach procs to them. I'm also going to have some cestiis made for raiding. Some mobs are immune to certain attack types so it's important to have backups available, just in case.

i use 2 cedar quarterstaves, and my heriphants crook. But after this latest patch i might have two fistwraps made (or claws if we can figure out if they are really in game) with proc on them.

I used a Pristine Cedar Baton and Quaterstaff, mostly becuase I liked the way they looked together:smileywink: About the crook.. my crushing weapons are the Marran Cudgel and Ironfist Knuckler.. So I am pretty much covered in the way of crushing procced :smileyvery-happy:

All cedar weapons general dmg out put will be about the same, pretty much comes down to what stat you wanna build up more str or agi...I personally picked up a couple batons, cause I like the way they look :smileyvery-happy:, however if you get a chance to get your hands on one, I highly recommend a royal great flail, not too rare.
