<DIV>If I were you, I'd use it on either Striking Cobra (39), Quiet Purity (37) or Biting Mantis (39), in that order too.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>All 3 of those arts can be upgraded with your ruthenium and all 3 are viable to use even at level 50. They are the last upgraded arts in those particular attack lines.</DIV>

As you said, QP is up all the time so there's alot of merit to prioritizing it first. I only have Adept 1 of it though so I don't know how much of an increase the Adept 3 version gives. <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I actually have a Striking Cobra Master 1 but I got lucky with it. A couple of months ago when I was around 35 or so, I saw someone on the broker selling it for 50g so I jumped all over it. I think I had around 2p saved up by then but since I knew that even at level 50, I would still be able to use it, I felt like it was a bargain price. To this day, I still have yet to ever see it for sale again too. The biggest drawback to Striking Cobra though is that it has a long recast time so most of the time, you will only get one or two chances per fight to use it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Again, either way is fine probably but those are really the only 3 arts I would even consider using your ruthenium on as they are the only ones that you will still really be able to use at level 50.</DIV>

Ya I tend to let the casters/healers have the Adept 3 stuff. Had an opal laying around so said what the hell and had it made.

I just noticed that at level 50, my Adept 1 is also 9% DPS increase (same as yours at 42) but mine gives 10 to skills and 259-366 Mental Resist. Thus, it does appear that our numbers do scale up, albeit not by very much. </P> <P>Thanks.</P>
