What ratonga racial trait is best for monk?

If u plan to solo a lot, u may want the dps or the heal trait. Tanking consists of defense, parry and deflect - deflect is a monk only skill and therefore not a racial trad i guess. Im not sure how to value AGI to Def/Parry but I havent seen equipment with DEF/Parry - however AGI items is easily overcome. I took the Human version of that at level 15 or so and it was a 5 damage proc that fired 25% or so of the time. Suck.
