Boots > 36?

I'm still wearing my DWB's at 36 and struggling to find a pair of boots with decent/comparable stats for 36 and moving forward (nearly 37). Any insight would be appreciated.

<DIV>Engraved boots have 8agi on them.  Stats all around are pretty good.  I think I got a pair of Shockwave Slippers while doing the DFC access quest.  Those are VL armor but have 10agi on them.</DIV>

I use emrald hide, get the quest in zek from "Hammer" standing on top of the protective inner wall as youcome near the gate. You can get about 3 or 4 pieces from him.
