Mend / Compress stats

<DIV>It does indeed go beyond compress...well.. mend at 20.. compress at 34.. and heal at 48... I think the max % of our heals is 25%... so thats probably heal at adept 1 or 3.. well.. max % is max what any of the monks have psoted it does :O</DIV>
