FD Nerfed?

OK my best FD at lvl 41 is Play Dead. I have Play Dead adept 1 atm. I examine the skill and it says 0% chance of success vs. creatures of lvl 38 or higher. I ask a 47 Monk what his best says and he said 0% chance of success on creatures lvl 45 or higher..... [Removed for Content]!!!I know pre this patch I have FD'd on creatures yellow to me so are they now just sneaking junk in on us (cant see it posted anywhere) and if so Y.T.H. did they nerf our dang FD line? Nerf our AGI so I go STR for more damage, then they nerf STR and sneak in an FD nerf. I am pretty even tempered in this game, made it through EQ as a warrior from opening week and for 3.5 years enduring nerfs/changes, but talk about sucker punching a class, this is B.S.!!Ashac41 MonkMistmoore

He doesn't make clear whether that "funkyness" is real numbers or junk, though.

Boy I hope thats right and I have only had a string of bad FD's because I just tried it out and on mobs equal to or higher than me, I was unable to FD them 8 out of 8 times. I know thats not a huge test number so i will keep at it ..............
