Adept 3 lv 20-29 decision help

Ok wise Monks of the board I need some advice. I've come into some cash and have been struggling with which 20-29 skill to take to Adept 3. With the recent posts on FoTM not providing any benefit over App IV that rules out that skill. Gangster has me on the Karmic Focus kick with some of his recent posts talking about maxing deflection out. So what 20-29 monk skill would people take to Adept 3 and why? Keep in mind I'm MT and have been for the last 20 lvls and will be for the last 18 I'm sure. I'm in a static group all around 32 with a Inquis as the MH supported by Ranger, Illus, Wizzie, and we usually pickup the 6th (although I have a guild dirge moving up the ranks quickly to join us). All Taunts and main tank skills are Adept I (mostly with some at App IV since I can make most of my own skills). Can anyone that has upgraded Karmic Focus past App IV comment on the value? Does it increase the length? What is the power cost difference? I'm focusing on Karmic because it seems that will give me the most bang for my buck since it doesn't get upgraded till 40 and that is 8 lvls of benefit to tanking. Also is there a consolidated thread with all the training options we can take from 10-50? I want to make sure I'm picking my train upgrades in harmony with my Adept 3 upgrades. Just for reference I currently have Rapid Swings at Adept 3 form the previous tier. Food for thought too is should I skip this tier since I'm 32 already and lvl my alchemist up to make the next tier spells? I'm confident I can earn enough money to get this tier through tradeskills anyway so I haven't been that concerned about saving my cash for the 30-39 tier.Thanks in advance,Khar 32 Monk Mistmoore

<DIV>Some will disagree with me on this, but I would say don't waste your time with Adept 3s until you get into your 40s. Stick with adept 1s of your skills and once you've reached your 40s, harvest those rares and then get adept 3s. My decision however was based on playtime.
