Need advice

I am a lvl 33 ceorcer- and I really liked it untill recently, WAY WAY WAY to much maint, breezin entire party, haste'n, and other such issues, and now, after the patch issues my class has, I am calling it quits. Also the worst part is, CC is a non issue in this game- everyone likes to aoe, and honeslty, at times, it is better and chanters are little more that just breeze [Removed for Content] it seems.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now, On to my next ordeal, I am thinking of either quiting the game, and goin back to FFXI or, starting a new toon, in hopes of being a monk.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>First off, monks are big on agi correct?? <DIV>why not just try it for a spin?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>anyways if you want a ratonga monk, you gotta betray.  Heard that later in late game, stats would even out.  With high agi, monks can tank just fine.  the DD of a monk is very close (and sometimes exceed) to most scouts from all these parsing info I've been reading, but that's an opinion.   looks like our adepts are dropping more often after patch so it's easier to buy'em. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am currently a lvl 31 monk and the game is looking much better at the higher lvls.</DIV>

<DIV>i like the fact that monks can make good tanks. everyone seems very surprised when i as to tank and i barely take a dent in hps because of dodging, blocking, parrying, and so forth. i play a kerra monk and i love the fact that i can solo very effectively when i dont want a group or am lfg and passing time. i have met some monks that are erudites and have low str but high int and wis so they have power out the butt....so being a rotonga should be fine as long as you are ready to do the betrayal quest. good luck.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>grindell</DIV>
