<DIV>It's easy to see what equipment others have but it's not so easy to see what level spells others use. So, in trying to get an idea of what my fellow Monks are running aound with, I'm wondering about the following:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How many Master 1 and Adept 3 combat arts do you have and which ones are they?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For me, I'm level 35 and I almost always use the newest combat art in each line of spells as I get them. Almost all of my arts are split between Adept 1 level and Apprentice 3 level, although most of them are the latter now as I've outgrown a few older Adept 1 level arts. I did happen to fall into some extreme good fortune in getting a Master 1 book for Striking Cobra (currently sitting in my bank just waiting for me to hit 39), but I have zero Adept 3s. I harvest till I am blue in the face and still can't find any rares for them nor do I ever see them for sale. :smileysad:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I mainly ask this with interest in the Adept 3 part. If everyone else is running around with them, I suppose that means I'll just need to push harder on harvesting.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>By the way, is it Rough Opal or ruthenium clusters which are needed for our arts in T4? I have yet to see either.</DIV>

<DIV>I currently have one Adpet 3. I harvested a silver cluster and had a friend in guild make me an Adept 3 for Rapid Swings. If all four hits are successful then I have noticed that I do 210+ damage with it. The reason I went with Rapid Swings is cause at the time he couldnt make any 20+ adept 3s.</DIV>

Ect..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Extra Info:</DIV> <DIV>Avg DPS: 130+</DIV> <DIV>So far in all groups monks dominate damage output and DPS even compared to a lvl 48 Brusier. (grouping with lvl 40-47 members)</DIV>

<DIV>I always buy the adept 1 if its available, if not i settle for App 3. So far the only skill that I have Adept 3 with is Wind Walk. IMHO there is little point to pay the fee for Adept 3's on skills that get replaced in a few levels. I would rather spend the gold on better equipment. My goal is to keep all my equipment yellow or orange conn'd.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Chandalen</DIV> <DIV>28 Monk</DIV>

Same than SGTChan. Not too sure there's a huge gain between Adept1 and adept3 to justify 10 or 20g. Plus the skills always are going to be upgraded later on. I got a rough jasper once and sold it (i hesitated to keep it for Play dead) for 20g! When I got to the last skill, upgrading to Master 1 or Adept3 would make sense. Now it's just overpriced for the effect. All my equipment is always yellow/orange and I'm very happy with my monk now. I would prefer the skills to require a book only to move from Apprentice to Adept and from Adept to Master and let us (by experience) move from 1->2->3->4. It would make more sense to me :p
