Monk Skill?

<DIV>Yesterday while getting my first AQ I saw a level 24 Human Monk completing his last AQ. Once he donned his armor and all he turned into an Iksar! Then turned into an Ogre!</DIV> <DIV><BR>but the /who all and %r both still said human. My question is what skill allows monks to turn into diff races?</DIV>

<DIV>You do not have to buy them, you can finish the race bone quests and get the same item.</DIV>

<DIV>but dont you have to fight those certain races to get it? I think the only player race that people can fight around Qeynos are Ratongas and elf/humans of that sort...</DIV>

<DIV>I dont see many of the shiny "?" anymore out in Antonica. I guess they are only in newb zones.</DIV>
