When we came to battle a level 33-clay guardian I no longer could hit the target on a regular basis. <DIV>Yeah I can't hit crap 8 or more levels above me at the moment. XP is slowing down because so many people too low for varsoon pushed people too low for runnyeye to runnyeye and we have to fight red cons all day :smileysad:</DIV>

<DIV>I've also noticed this at around lvl 25. When I first went to Enchanted lands, I couldn't hit any mobs 7 lvls and higher above me. So at 25 I could hit the lvl 31 salt turtles fine but the lvl 32 turtles I landed maybe 3 or 4 hits per fight. This cap seems to have raised by an enormous ammount however in the 30s. At 31 I hit most 39^^ mobs in runnyeye just fine (enough to take aggro off the main tank everytime unless I'm careful). Just hang in there til 30 and you'll be fine</DIV>
